Built around the constraints of a free API tier, which shaped both the polling model and the amount of state it keeps.
02How it is built
- Answers on demand rather than monitoring continuously, which fits inside the rate limits.
- Modular command handling, so adding an analysis is a new module rather than a change to the core.
- Reports the reasoning alongside the verdict.
