Job access and voting power are both gated on an on-chain reputation score, so a new wallet cannot buy its way into governance on day one.
02How it is built
- Clients can require a minimum reputation score for a listing, which makes the gate enforceable rather than advisory.
- Escrow backs the contract between both sides, so payment and delivery are linked.
- Governance weight follows reputation, so influence has to be earned through completed work.
- Full-stack, deployed, and built with mobile use in mind.
